I not very strongly but fairly recommend this book . If u r free, read it.

《My Six Convicts》 前半部分很踏实，讲方法， 教路径，授人以渔。 后面虽道理很多， 但都是结合自身经历， 对自己失败的分析不避讳， 与鸡汤不同，不飘， 阿尔夫·切森是个很生活化的励志榜样。 如果你年龄已不小却依然觉得青春迷茫， 时间总是不够，分身却又乏术， 想与世界为友，生活偏偏残酷， 如果你相信人生可以更好， 梦想不必一步之遥， 那么这部剧就是为你而来！
