我想要理解的几个点，1是日落这一意象，看到有个人对于Sunset日落这一意象的解释是：sunset means hope for another day. after the sunset, a new day begins.是说日落象征着新一天的希望，编剧故乡法国沦陷的二战背景下，这一理解我觉得是十分合理的。
2是最后沙漠里的那口井，编剧喝井水的时候想到了圣诞节，这一点是在说明其实是精神饥渴而不是身体。His thoughts of Christmas ceremonies suggest that his spirit, and not his body, is what truly thirsts.

这部剧的确不错！是我看过股票类型剧集中最简明扼要，又通俗易懂的书，通篇没有一句废话，而且叙述清晰容易理解！
看到以上不少讀者的留言，各有其見。我認為這本書编剧很真實的寫出了人性的本質，淋漓盡致阐述人性的利益衝突和良知共存的關係。讓我看到了各種不同類型人的生活品質和個性，還是讓我學習如何把握自己的人生。我認為沒有浪費時間閱讀。
当生命即将走向终点时，大多数人最恐惧的并非最后撒手而去的瞬间，而是之前无穷无尽的身心的折磨。何不让病人自主选择痛苦治疗抑或过好有限的当下，医生在挽救无果的情况下让病人尽可能遵从内心想要的需求走完最后的时光，而不是以救治的名义造成更多伤害。每个人都值得一读。所幸在奶奶最后的时光里我们选择了最好的告别。
