开头写的还可以，编剧想想力挺丰富，800章以后就开始胡说八道。书中错字连篇，想当然的乱编，飞机数量居然用辆，编剧的语文是体育老师教的吗？真正明白了什么叫无知者无畏！

剧拍得很有质感，李铭顺演技也很好，以刑侦案中案为载体，揭露政治腐败、探讨司法公正及废死。。导演和作者其实挺狡猾，因为他们没明确表达自己立场，甚至一直在混淆死刑和公平公正之间的关系。。外劳之所以被误判，主因是渔业公司掩盖犯罪事实和政治腐败，同死刑存在与否并无必然联系。。程序和实质都不正义，主要问题不考虑，却去探讨次要的量刑，所以政客只是政客，扯大旗谋私利，永远不能称之为政治家。。
